用旋转涂覆法在石英衬底上涂覆单壁碳纳米管(SWCNT)和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)溶液,恒温干燥后形成SWCNT薄膜.利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观测SWCNT的分布情况,研究了不同溶度、不同旋转速度对成膜的影响,用红外光谱仪测试薄膜试样的线性透过率,结果表明这种薄膜可用作可饱和吸收体.
