介绍了一种铝制内椭球面反射镜闪烁薄膜探测器, 对其探测效率、光收集效率和时间性能的测试.结果分析表明采用1 μm厚的BC498闪烁薄膜探测器测量实验中超重反冲余核, 探测效率接近100%, 时间分辨好于200 ps, 其性能满足超重反冲余核时间测量的要求.
