本文利用Cr:LiCAF可调谐激光器,经BBO晶体倍频,获得了 8~mJ、34~ns、370~nm的巨脉冲激光;并利用370~nm激光激发离 体结肠癌组织和正常组织进行组织的自体荧光实验,并作了对比和分 析,获得了对结肠癌变的早期诊断的很有价值的荧光光谱。

In this paper, 370~nm laser is produced with its energy 10~mJ and pulsewidth 34~ns by using a Q-switched and frequency-doubled Cr:LiCAF laser system. Then, we use 370~nm laser as exciting light source to analyze the auto-fluorescence spectra of the solid samples of large intestine carcinoma and normal large intestine tissue, and gain the very valuable auto-fluorescence spectra for early detection of precancerous changes in colon tissue.
