根据边界衍射波理论,对反射率呈高斯类函数(n=2)、抛物类函数(n=1, 2) 以及线性坡度递减分布的腔镜的边界衍射光场作了分析和比较,结果表明了反射率呈高斯类函数分布的腔镜能更有效地减弱边界衍射光场,获得高质量的准几何光学近似的基模光场。
According to edge-wave diffraction theory, we have analyzed and compared the edge-wave diffraction intensity of gaussian(n=2)、parabolic(n=1,2) functions and linear taper variable reflectivity mirrors. Numerical results show that gaussian and super-gaussian reflectivity mirrors can reduce the edge-wave diffraction intensity more effectively, and obtain zeroth-order approximate geometrical optical fields.
