本文介绍一种测量固体浸没透镜(SIL)几何参数的自准直方法.平行激光束经显微物镜会聚后入射到SIL上,SIL在三个不同的轴向位置处,其球面和底部平面的反射光再通过显徽物镜后会形成自准直光束.由SIL三个自准直位置可获得它的曲率半径,折射率等几何参数.本文给出这些自准直位置的表达式以及对两个SIL测量的结果.
