本文分析了高浓度Er3+/Yb3+掺杂硅酸盐玻璃波导放大器,通过优化Er3+、Yb3+离子的浓度,Er3+/Er3+离子对的影响可忽略,每个Er3+离子可认为只与周围的Yb3+离子配对.数值结果表明,制作高增益和超短长度(厘米量级)的Er3+/Yb3+混合掺杂波导放大器是可能的.获得了2.5 dB/cm的增益.
