本文对钒酸钇的相图进行了系统的研究,详细地分析了钒酸钇熔体体系的二元相图、三元相图以及一些中间体系的相图;对比分析了相图对晶体生长的作用.并对用Cz法生长钒酸钇的过程中出现的黑相进行了物相分析,认为出现黑相的原因是生长过程中钒的变价和挥发造成的.
