本文利用漫射近似理论,推导了组织表面的空间分辨局部漫反射光的稳态解析式,然后利用人体结肠组织的两组典型光学特性参数,给出了漫射近似的计算结果,并与用蒙特卡洛仿真结果进行了比较.结果表明,漫射近似理论的成立是有条件的.通过采用一种修正的简化漫射方程,对漫反射光成功地进行了拟合,可用于组织光学特性参数的间接测量.
