本文报道了激光二极管端面泵浦的多晶Nd:YAG(polycrystalline Nd:YAG ceramic)1.32 μm连续激光器的实验研究.在泵浦功率为2.1 W时,激光达到阈值开始输出;在泵浦功率为9 W时,输出功率达到690 mW,斜率效率为11%.据我们所知,这是目前报道的功率最大的多晶Nd:YAG 1.32μm连续激光器.
