报道了一种用国产激光二极管纵向泵浦的全固态、高效率、单纵模Nd:YVO4/LBO红光激光器的设计.采用Ⅱ类临界位相匹配LBO晶体倍频,通过腔内插入布氏片实现了Nd:YVO4/LBO结构红光激光器的单纵模稳定输出.在泵浦功率为800 mW时,671 nm单纵模稳定输出达37 mW.
