本文采用多离子替代制备出纳米α-Ni(OH)2电极材料.XRD测试表明其晶型为α型,TEM观察表明粒子形状不规则,大小在20~30 nm左右.通过对Zn2+、Al3+离子替代量,表面活性剂种类,阴离子种类和反应温度的正交试验优化,得出最佳的工艺参数,并合成出质量电化学容量为316 mA@h/g的电极材料(相同制备工艺得到的日本田中化学球镍电极容量仅为220 mA@h/g).
