研究了高掺杂铒光纤构成的双程后向结构超荧光光源输出特性,高掺杂铒光纤在制作超荧光光源方面具有输出功率高和带宽宽的优点.通过模拟得到在一定泵浦功率下获得最大输出带宽的最佳掺铒光纤长度.利用980 nm半导体激光器泵浦优化得到的10 m长的Lucent-LRL光纤,并用自制光纤圈反射镜构成双程后向结构,获得了26 mW的高功率宽带超荧光输出.
