根据低反射率光纤Fabry-Perot干涉仪反射光强与腔长变化的关系,利用Matlab求解了光源的光谱信号.通过实例运算了632.8 nm波长的He-Ne激光光源光谱,说明该方法简单、方便且计算精度高,为实验测量提供有益参考.
