在半导体泵浦的固体激光器中,激光晶体的热效应在很大程度上影响了激光器的能量输出和光束质量.为减小激光器中的热效应,介绍了用LD端面泵浦板条(slab)激光晶体,结合稳腔-非稳腔混合腔型(hybrid resonator)实现的板条激光器.在腔长为50 cm的情况下,得到了16 W连续输出,高泵浦功率时斜效率达到59%,同时进行了稳腔方向的热效应分析.
