研究了一种用于测量人眼波前像差的新型主观式波前像差仪,给出了工作原理和实现方案.采用先进的三光路设计方法实现光学系统的设计,采用多线程、视频捕捉、图像处理、单片机及步进电机的控制等关键技术,实现了瞳孔的三维实时自动跟踪.该像差仪能测量出人眼的全部七阶像差,采用Zernike多项式、两维和三维波前像差图对人眼像差进行了描述,给出了计算各项波前像差的均方根(RMS)的公式.通过对57人(110只眼)的进行三次临床测量,采用SPSS统计软件对测量得到的各阶波前像差的RMS逐级递减值进行两两比较,无差异性(P>0.05),结果表明该像差仪测量的重复性好,准确性高.
