影响非线性微腔双稳态阈值的因素很多,例如电介质折射率、周期数、缺陷层厚度、谱线宽度等.但是腔模红移起到了十分重要的作用.从理论上分析了红移对双稳态阈值的影响,并作了数值模拟.红移是研究双稳态阈值首先要考虑的问题.
