提出一种基于进化算法的复振幅光瞳滤波器光瞳函数参数优化设计的新方法.通过计算机的模拟,结合实际使用场合对光能效率、旁瓣影响效应和超分辨能力的要求,选择合适的参数实现最佳三维超分辨成像效果,给出超分辨优化设计模型和实例,并作图验证其结果.对超分辨率伴随的旁瓣效应,把滤波器应用于共焦扫描系统,可有效地抑制旁瓣,提高成像信噪比和对比度.利用进化算法设计的光瞳滤波器设计简单,同时有较好的综合效果,具有较大的GA,GT,S值.理论和实践均表明该设计方法是高效和可靠的.
