研究了LD端面泵浦Nd:YVO晶体的腔内三次谐波转换的全固化脉冲紫外激光器,当LD抽运功率为20 W时,355 nm平均输出功率为80 mW,脉宽为13ns,并对实验结果进行了分析和讨论.
