针对采用双叠加法模拟海面时所出现的锁相环效应,根据海浪谱的窄带特性,选取不同风速下的频率采样范围,应用频率方向对应法对三维海面进行仿真,仿真结果真实地反映了三维海面的随机起伏情况；从菲涅尔公式出发,对上行激光通过海水-空气界面时的反射、折射特性以及能量总透射率进行了分析和仿真,仿真结果表明风速的变化和上行激光在海面的入射角极大地影响了其能量透射率.最后,分析了上行激光通过三维起伏海面时的散射效应.
