聚光腔是灯泵固体激光的重要部件,主要作用是最大限度地将泵浦光能聚集到激光棒上的同时,尽可能使激光棒获得均匀的泵浦.为了实现灯泵固体激光器大能量输出,需考虑优化激光聚光腔,提高其泵浦效率.通过以蒙特卡洛离散方法为核心的光线追迹技术和合理的模型建立,以四灯为例,研究了对确定直径的激光棒,泵浦效率随构成腔体的椭圆长短轴比(a/b)的变化,以及同样的长短轴比下,泵浦效率随泵浦灯直径的变化.得到了在确定直径的激光棒和泵浦灯下,泵浦效率最高的椭圆长短轴比例.此外,研究了确定直径的激光棒在不同直径泵浦灯的情况下,泵浦均匀性随椭圆长短轴比的变化.
