为了研究烧结时间对羟基磷灰石靶的影响,将纯度为99%的羟基磷灰石粉末压制成圆盘形靶,并在氩气中保持800℃恒温分别烧结12、16、20、24 h.用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)检测不同烧结时间的羟基磷灰石靶.结果表明:烧结时间对羟基磷灰石靶的结晶度和组成元素种类没有明显影响,但对钙磷比值有显著影响.烧结时间从12 h增加到20 h,Ca/P比值增大;从20 h增加到24 h,Ca/P比值反而减小.20 h、800℃高温烧结的羟基磷灰石靶具有更好的生物相容性和稳定性.
