采用不同的原料,利用溶胶-凝胶超临界流体干燥法制得了超细炭原粉.将超细炭原粉在氩气气氛中于1 100 ℃和2 600 ℃分别进行炭化和石墨化处理得到超细炭粉.利用XRD和拉曼光谱对超细炭粉进行了表征.研究结果表明,原料性能对超细炭结构有较大的影响.
The primary ultrafine carbon powders were prepared by sol-gel supercritical fluid drying method using different raw materials. After heat-treatment under argon atmosphere at 1 100 ℃ and 2 600 ℃ respectively, the ultrafine carbon powders were obtained. The properties of primary ultrafine carbon powders and their annealed products were characterized by XRD and Raman spectra. The results reveal that raw materials have influence on the structure of ultrafine carbon powders.
