以二维渐开线型C/C扩张段为应用背景,比较了硼酚醛与其它耐烧蚀酚醛(钡酚醛、氨酚醛等)的主要理化性能,分析了硼酚醛树脂固化、裂解过程,探讨了炭布/硼酚醛复合材料的固化、后固化、炭化工艺,并以硼酚醛为基体前驱体制作了二维平板C/C及二维渐开线型小C/C扩张段。平板状C/C在炭化过程中无分层,力学性能较高;二维C/C扩张段通过工艺优化解决了分层问题,环向拉伸强度可达45MPa以上。实验结果说明硼酚醛树脂可用于二维渐开线型C/C扩张段的制造。

The curing, post-curing, and carbonization processes of carbonfabric reinforced phenolics were studied based on the thermophysical properties of boron -phenolics. The 2D laminated C/C and 2D involute C/C exit cone were fabricated. It was found that the laminated C/C was non-delaminating during carbonization and had high mechanical properties. The delamination-free 2D involute C/C exit cones with hoop tensile strength of 45?MPa were prepared through processes optimization. The results showed that boron-phenolics could be used to produce 2D involute C/C exit cone.
