研究开发了“CVI+PIP”组合工艺,本着“低成本、短研制周期,适合批量化生产”的目的,研制的C/SiC复合材料弯曲强度高达561MPa,断裂韧性高达17MPa*m1/2,制成的C/SiC复合材料推力室开孔率小于2%,在0.6MPa气压下不漏气。

A novel process named “CVI+PIP” was developed in the present aiming at the goals of lowing the preparating cost, shortening fabrication cycles and being suitable for batch production. The flexural strength and the fracture toughness of C/SiC composites as received amounted to 561?MPa and 17?MPa*m1/2. Open porosity of such kinds of C/SiC composites is smaller than 2?%, and they do not show leakage when used for propulsion at air pressure of 0.6?MPa.
