研究了棕榈酰胺单分子膜在空气/水界面上的性质,及其在抑制水面蒸发方面的作用.研究表明,在实验范围内,常温下棕榈酰胺单分子膜呈液态凝聚膜状态,能够显著降低水的蒸发速率.棕榈酰胺阻止水蒸发的能力比相同碳链长的直链脂肪酸、醇要强.
