以纤维素膜为基质,活化后,键合壳聚糖配基,制备成亲和层析膜介质.考察了所制备的膜介质在不同离子强度I、pH、流速条件下对内毒素的去除效果.结果表明,在离子强度为0.1~0.4,pH值6~8,流速2~6mL/min范围内去除效果最佳.将此亲和层析膜介质用于去除人血白蛋白溶液、氢化可的松注射液、右旋糖苷40葡萄糖注射液中的内毒素,去除率在95%左右,用于去除溶菌酶溶液、盐酸丁卡因注射液中的内毒素,去除率在80%以上.
