首次采用Ultra-flo超滤系统去除不经预处理的维生素C发酵液中残留的菌丝体和蛋白质等杂质.用截留分子量为3万的Ultra-flo膜过滤维生素C发酵液,滤液质量高,平均膜通量可高达150L/(m2·h)左右,且膜通量衰减较慢,说明Ultra-flo超滤系统处理能力强且可长时间稳定运行.此超滤系统现已被工业应用.

Ultrafiltration membrane separation was used to remove impurities(mycelium, protein etc.) from vitamin C fermentation liquor, which was not pretreated. The result showed that No.1 membrane, whose molecular weight cutoff is 30 000, is most effective in Ultra-flo membrane system. The average flux can be as high as 150 L/(m2·h) and declines quite slowly. This means that the processing capacity of Ultra-flo membrane system is high and it already is acceptable for industrial applications.
