研究了用乳状液膜法提取亮氨酸时,表面活性剂Span-80用量、提取时间、石蜡用量、搅拌速率等因素对提取率的影响,在各项因素的最佳条件下进行提取,提取率为74.04%.

Considering the effects of the swelling and breaking of membraneson extraction, the parameters such as surfactant concentration, extraction time, paraffin content and stirrer speed were studied. In the optimal operation conditions, the extraction rate of leucine was 74.04%.
