聚偏氟乙烯与磺化聚砜属部分相容体系.采用溶胶-凝胶相转化法制备了以聚酯无纺布为支撑体的聚偏氟乙烯/磺化聚砜共混超滤膜,通过对膜水通量、截留率与孔隙率的测定及其扫描电镜微观分析得到,聚偏氟乙烯/磺化聚砜共混膜较聚偏氟乙烯膜具有更好的分离透过特性.

The PVDF/SPS co-blend ultrafiltration membranes with non-woven are made by casting solution method, which are characterized by SEM observations, protein retention, water flux and porosity. The correlations between the resulting membrane characteristics and the properties of the main parameters, such as composition of casting solution and coagulation bath, IEC of SPS and additive species are extensively discussed. The study indicates that the PVDF/SPS membranes possess fairly high water flux which is 102.4?mL/(cm2*h), under the pressure 0.1?MPa and the retention is 95.6% with the BSA solution. The chemical stability and the application of the PVDF/SPS membrane are early investigated.
