采用溶液-浇铸法用商业化Nafion膜的溶解液制备再铸Nafion膜,对再铸Nafion膜进行了氧气渗透系数测试和电池性能评价,并与厚度相近的商业化Nafion膜进行比较,同时对再铸Nafion膜组装的PEMFC进行了短期稳定性考查.实验结果表明:通过溶液-浇铸法制备的再铸Nafion膜可以应用于质子交换膜燃料电池;再铸Nafion膜的氧气渗透系数和电池性能与商业化Nafion膜相近;再铸Nafion膜组装PEMFC在150 h之内未见电池性能下降.
