研究了三种常用纺丝用油剂(司班-80、吐温-80和吐温-81,其中司班-80为油溶性,吐温-80和81为水溶性)对聚氯乙烯(PVC)溶液的可纺性及其中空纤维膜性能的影响并与纺丝液中无油剂时做了比较.试验表明,司班-80对PVC溶液的可纺性及膜的柔韧性提高程度最大,吐温-80最小,但司班-80使膜的透水量急剧下降,而吐温-81对膜的透水量提高最大.因此只有当油剂与凝胶介质的相溶性适中时,才能使膜的性能达到优化.
