用溶质截留法和液-液排除法对两根TiO2和ZrO2无机陶瓷超滤膜进行表征.溶质截留法所测得TiO2和ZrO2膜的平均孔径(μp)和几何标准偏差(σp)分别为30.8 nm,25.4 nm和1.82,1.58.液-液排除法测得TiO2和ZrO2膜的平均孔径分别为71.2 nm,54 nm,大约是溶质截留法的2.2倍.两种测定方法的结果均显示,TiO2膜的平均孔径大于ZrO2膜,而且TiO2膜的孔径分布较宽,但从最可几孔径来看,两种膜比较接近.对同一根膜而言两种表征方法测得的孔径分布的基本形状相似.实验结果表明两种方法都能较好的反映膜的孔径分布,将二者结合起来对超滤膜的表征有很好的借鉴意义.
