通过研究Sn-ZSM-5沸石分子筛的合成与表征,确定了在多孔陶瓷管上合成Sn-ZSM-5沸石膜的条件.首先利用水热合成法,从Si(OCH2CH3)4/SnCI4/TPABr/NaOH/H2O澄清体系中合成出Sn-ZSM-5沸石分子筛,从扫描电镜照片(SEM)看到沸石分子筛呈现近长方体形;X射线衍射(XRD)显示为MFI型结构,并测定其晶胞参数;红外光谱(IR)在约960cm-1左右显示特征峰,表明锡原子已经进入沸石骨架.在此基础上利用水热合成法在多孔陶瓷管上制备Sn-ZSM-5沸石膜,在90℃下对于质量分数5%的乙酸溶液,Sj/Sn原子比=25的沸石膜的选择系数为7.75,总通量达到0.490 kg/(m2·h).
