采用离子交换法对钠基蒙脱土进行有机化,通过乳液聚合方法制备聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯酸/蒙脱土(PMMA-AA/MMT)有机-无机纳米复合材料,用该聚合材料制得渗透汽化膜.通过X光衍射对蒙脱土在PMMA-∞-AA共聚物中的形貌和分布表征,结果表明,蒙脱土片层呈剥离状态分布在有机主体中.考察了该渗透汽化膜在二甲苯体系中的溶胀性能,计算了二甲苯分子在膜中的扩散系数,研究了蒙脱土含量、料液浓度和料液温度对膜渗透汽化分离对二甲苯/邻二甲苯的影响,发现含有适量蒙脱土的渗透汽化膜能够有效抑制膜的过度溶胀,提高膜的分离选择性和渗透通量.
