The characteristics of fermentation broth in pharmaceutical production are high concentration of mycelium and high viscosity, and ceramic membrane was mostly used in pretreatment . For the mistakes of design and lectotype, it's actual application effects were not satisfied. The respects which must be paid attention to in design and lectotype are design of pipe laying ;size of memberane core's flow channel; series of memberane and lectotype of the circulating pump.
