以疏水性聚丙烯中空纤维膜为气液接触膜,n-甲酰吗啉(n-Formyl morpholine,NFM)水溶液为吸收剂,研究了膜气体吸收技术分离混合气中苯的传质过程,考察了各操作参数对传质过程的影响,建立传质阻力模型,对模型预测值与实验值进行了对比.结果表明:提高气液相流量及浓度、吸收剂浓度,降低吸收液负载有利于提高传质通量.传质过程受液膜控制;在实验条件下,模型预测值与实验值符合较好,最大误差为20.2%,平均误差为9.2%.
This work focused on a membrane based gas absorption process for the separation of benzene(C6H6)from N2.The aqueous solution of n-formyl morpholine(NFM)was used as absorbent and hydrophobic polypropylene hollow fiber membrane was used as gas-liquid contactor.Effects of various factors on the mass transfer were investigated.The resistance-in-series model was presented and the model predictions were compared with experimental data.It was found that the flux could be enhanced by increasing the flow rate of gas and absorbent, the concentration of feed gas and absorbent,or decreasing the initial concentration of C6H6 in absorbent.The mass transfer resistance of liquid is the dominant factor in the process of mass transfer.Model predictions agree well with experimental data, the maximal error is 20.2 96, the average error is 9.2 %.
