将纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)添加到乙酸纤维素铸膜液中,利用相分离法制备乙酸纤维素/纳米TiO2复合微滤膜,通过扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、接触角测定、孔分析以及微滤实验研究了纳米TiO2的添加量对膜性能的影响.结果表明:随着纳米TiO2添加量的不同,膜表现不同的微结构和性能;当TiO2粒子用量在质量分数3%时,复合膜表现出最优异的渗透、亲水、抗压实以及耐污染等性能,同时,对油水混合乳液的油截留率基本保持不变.TiO2粒子的质量分数超过3%时,复合膜中的纳米粒子出现团聚现象,孔隙率和微滤性能均下降.
