通过对陶瓷膜膜通量随时间衰减的分析,在Hemia的颗粒体系理论模型的基础上,分析海水超滤体系中完全堵塞、中间堵塞、标准堵塞和滤饼堵塞4种堵塞模型对膜污染的控制程度,并确定整个膜污染过程并不是单一的膜堵塞模型控制,而是由多个模型联合控制,且随时间的变化而逐渐从标准堵塞向饼层堵塞过渡.以平均孔径为0.1μm陶瓷膜为研究对象,在跨模压差(TMP)为0.10 MPa下,处理絮凝沉降后的海水,研究膜面流速为2.5 m/s通量衰减情况及上述四种堵塞模型随通量衰减的符合程度.
