陶瓷膜应用过程中常涉及到合盐体系,盐浓度对过滤过程影响显著.考察不同温度下,不同浓度氯化钠水溶液的陶瓷膜过滤过程.实验结果表明,盐浓度对膜渗透通量影响明显,不同孔径的陶瓷膜过滤通量与盐浓度的变化关系相同;将氯化钠溶液黏度随温度和浓度的经验关系式引入Da:rcy方程中,计算结果表明,盐溶液的黏度是影响膜渗透通量的主要原因,计算值与实验值吻合较好,误差在10%以内.
