通过3组平行膜生物反应(MBR)的长期实验,考察了不同污泥负荷和曝气强度下,膜污染状况、EPS浓度及其组分含量之间的关系.结果表明:污泥负荷越高,混合液中所含溶解性EPS含量越高,被污染膜片所粘附的多糖也越多,膜污染速率越快;MBR混合液的可过滤性与溶解性EPS,特别是多糖有较好的线性关系,这表明多糖是重要的膜污染物质.当污泥负荷在0.08 kgCOD/(kgMLVSS·d)左右时,反应器能较长时间稳定运行.在稳定运行的系统中,曝气强度对EPS浓度影响不明显.
