以L-色氨酸为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,聚砜为基膜,采用紫外光接枝法制备L-色氨酸手性分子印迹固膜.用扫描电镜和原子力电子显微镜对固膜的形貌进行表征,并对其特异性吸附性能及识别机理进行研究.固膜的手性分离因子高达4.1,由Scatchard模型分析分子印迹固膜与模板分子之间的结合作用力以氢键作用为主.
