对枝晶间距不同的CMSX-2单晶高温合金的持久性能及y定向粗化行为进行了研究,结果表明,随着凝固组织细化,合金的持久寿命显著提高.其原因在于,凝固组织细化明显影响持久变形过程中γ′的定向粗化行为,通过提高筏型组织形成的均匀性、完善程度和稳定性可实现提高合金的持久性能.
