研究Zn-Al-Cu伪合金涂层的制备与性能,分析涂层组织成分、硬度以及光固化基体材料对涂层硬度的影响.研究发现,涂层中Al-Cu-Mg合金的原始成分越高,涂层硬度提高越明显;涂层硬度决定于涂层的组织和应力状态,其中应力状态又是决定涂层硬度非常显著的因素;间歇喷涂层的残余应力的绝对值最小,加工硬化效应最小,硬度较低.
