对镍基超合金Inconel 690进行了离子渗氮处理.利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)及电子背散射衍射(EBSD)等手段对渗氮层进行了表征.结果表明:Inconel 690经低温离子渗氮处理生成氮在奥氏体中的过饱和固溶相(γN相);取向不同的晶粒γN层厚度不同;γN层生长速度在θ<100>(<100>晶向和渗层生长方向的最小夹角)值较小的晶粒内比在θ<100>值较大的晶粒内快,并且γN层厚度与θ<100>大致呈线性关系.
