针对铜合金在钢板上堆焊时易出现铜渗透裂纹的问题,采用等离子喷焊,将不同Ni含量的CuNi合金堆焊到16Mn钢板上进行渗透裂纹形成原因的研究.研究表明,焊接规范参数越大,热输入量越大,熔合比越大,产生渗透裂纹深度越深.渗透裂纹的产生与应力状态及大小、堆焊材料化学成份以及基体温度等有关.只要合理控制焊接工艺规范,可以避免或减少16Mn钢板上堆焊铜合金时产生渗透裂纹.
