用溶胶-凝胶法,在ZnS基质中直接掺杂过渡金属元素Cu,Mn,并适当调整Cu,Mn的掺杂量,获得白光发射且操作工艺简单的纳米ZnS:Cu,Mn荧光粉,使用XRD,UV和PL等方法研究了粉粒的粒径、结构及荧光特性.
