用溶胶-凝胶方法制备了一种新型纳米永磁材料FeSmO3.X射线衍射(XRD)及扫描电镜(SEM)分析表明,由于在溶胶-凝胶阶段控制原料配比及在煅烧时增加一个低温退火阶段,保证了样品的粒度为纳米级,新材料具有优异的磁性能.实验表明,柠檬酸添加量对样品的粒度影响很大,当柠檬酸与混合硝酸盐配比为3:1时所制备产品的磁性能最佳;但柠檬酸配比对粉末的物相结构影响不大.
