以钛粉、钛铁粉、铁粉、胶体石墨、铬铁粉和Cr3C2粉为原料,通过真空反应钎涂在低碳钢基体上制备了碳化物/铁基合金复合涂层.利用X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱EDS分析了碳化物/铁基合金复合涂层的组织结构.考察了Ti的不同添加方式对复合涂层中组织结构的影响,并探讨了复合涂层中TiC形成机理.结果表明:碳化物/铁基合金复合涂层由Fe基合金基体相,Cr3C2和TiC组成.Ti的添加方式主要影响涂层中的TiC的形态和分布状况,而对Cr3C2的影响很小.分析认为,在碳化物/铁基合金复合涂层中,Ti与C的反应模式有两种,分别与Ti的添加方式相对应.
