采用有限元方法分析法向均布接触载荷作用下,铝层对热浸铝/等离子体电解氧化(HDA/PEO)复合涂层表面和界面处应力场的影响,并与梯度涂层和单层涂层作了对比分析.计算表明:铝层的存在,使复合涂层表面的拉应力有所增大,同时可缓解界面处的剪切应力.研究结果表明:固定陶瓷层和FeAl层厚度不变,当铝层与涂层总厚度比为0.06-0.1时,涂层表面拉应力和界面剪切应力值均较低,可改善复合涂层的综合力学性能.
