研究不同激光加工参数下4Cr3Mo2NiVNb钢表面的非光滑单元体的特征(包括宽度、深度、面积比及体积)、组织、硬度以及材料的磨料磨损性能.结果表明,在额定功率范围内,频率不变时随电流强度和脉宽增加,单元体变宽,体积变大,组织变粗大,硬度降低,非光滑材料磨损性能提高.当电流增大到200A、脉宽增大到15 ms后,非光滑材料的磨损性能提高幅度趋于平缓.所研究范围内300A和20 ms下获得的非光滑试样磨料磨损性能较好.非光滑材料磨损性能改善程度是非光滑单元体特征、组织及硬度综合作用的结果.
